There is no shortage of ways to throw darts at home or online. Local leagues are different. They are where people meet a community, learn a venue, show up on a Tuesday night and build a season together. They deserve tools that respect the work behind every fixture and the progress inside every player profile.

The reason
Finding a league shouldn't depend on luck.
That belief started with a personal search for a place to play.
When I moved to a new town, I wanted to play darts in a league. I searched Facebook. I searched websites. I looked for a reliable local source that could tell me where leagues played, when they played and whether there was room for one more person.
There was no clear path. I got lucky: somebody missed, somebody quit, and a post appeared on a local city forum that was not even about darts. That unrelated post was how I finally found a way in.
A player looking for a league should not have to win the lottery of local information.
That experience shaped DartRoster. The goal is not to replace the people and places that make leagues special. It is to give them a clearer home: a place where an owner can publish a league, a player can understand the next step, and a season can leave behind more than a stack of paper.
We are building for the ordinary league night: the captain checking who is available, the scorekeeper finishing the last leg, the player refreshing the standings and the newcomer wondering whether they would fit in.
